A reputable company in the State of Qatar is looking to hire professional local staff from Korea and Japan.

Multiple vacancies available such as:

- Logistics Officer/Logistics Manager;

- Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager;

- Procurement staff / Manager;

- Project Planning & Development


• Implement the QA/QC management system;
• Establish Company Quality Policy and continuously improve it;
• Demonstrate the achievement of quality objectives and targets;
• Assist and coordinate with the QHSE Team Leader and all personnel assigned to the project in establishing an overall Company Quality Management Plan based on Company’s QHSE Management standards and Project requirements;
• Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for Company Quality Management System to employees. Ensure improvements are implemented and results are feedback to employees;
• Ensure that Company Quality Management policy, plans and procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable for their purposes and use for which they are intended;
• Establish Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project organization;
• Report the Project Quality Audit Results to Corporate QHSE Team Leader and Project Manager;
• Monitor Company Quality System activities such as Site Quality activities based on Company’s Management system and Project requirements;
• Coordinate and communicate with Client on Project Quality issues;
• Produce and develop the Project Quality Training Plan; ensure implementation of the plan; ensure that training records are maintained;
• Report the performance status of Project Quality activities and relevant issues to the Corporate QHSE Team Leader and Project Manager;
• Ensure that Quality Management is applied in line with the Project Design Criteria to the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning phases of the Project;
• Ensure that the Project meets international standards;
• Review site purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met;
• Control of on site and off-site vendor inspectors;
• Compile vendor inspection assignments packages;
• Coordinate & find solution for any nonconforming product;
• Review vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements;
• Attend at site and inspect procurement/audit meetings;
• Coordinate vendor quality approvals when required;
• Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by vendors;
• Review of supplier quality plans against contract requirements;
• Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents;
• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications;
• Review supplier material certificates;
• Take part in supplier audit and surveillance;
• Coordinate with the companies’ discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies;
• Coordinate with management for quality improvements;
• Issue of non conformance reports;
• Track all non conformance reports;
• Coordinate with the owners’ representative on all procurement issues;
• Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions.
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status:
• The preparation of the company’s QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions;
• Control and the distribute of all the company’s quality documentation;
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project;
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management;
• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals;
• Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.;
• Attend client quality management meetings;
• The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement;
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements;
• Monitor the disposition of all issued non conformance reports;
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system;
• Recommend and implement improvements when required;
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager;
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QA/QC procurement manager;
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
• Monitor statistical method reporting;
• Action and close all customer complaints;
• Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project

• Relevant qualification in Quality Management or in a similar role, managing the quality assurance aspects of complex, cross functional projects;
• Computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications;
• Significant track record of successful work.
