We are currently looking for a player support staff member that will join our French language team for a dynamic and global mobile gaming company.

The responsibilities of the position requires a high degree of fast learning, multi-tasking and problem-solving day to day.

- Facilitate player support interactions through e-mail and online inquiries

- Help maintain and monitor reviews of current game titles

- Check and manage information regarding issues with player community, game errors, and suggestions

- Communicate player support issues with other relevant departments for service improvement purposes

- Master current game titles and upcoming titles

- Other relevant administrative tasks relating to maintenance of customer service delivery


- Korean residents, F-series visa holders, and (current or expired) E-7 visa holders

- Must be physically in Korea during application process

- Required - native or high degree of verbal & written fluency in French

- Strongly preferred - high degree of verbal & written fluency in English and/or Korean

- Competence in any other languages may also be considered an asset

*Preferred Skills & Experiences

- Strong understanding of the countries that the language's speakers reside in, as well as its trends, colloquialisms and cultural context

- Interest and experience in mobile, console and/or PC gaming

- Any relevant experience in the IT, mobile and gaming industries

- Previous experience working in an office environment

- Familiarity with Korean culture & corporate culture

- Customer support, community management, or game localization experience

- Ability to adapt and learn quickly with a goal-driven personality

- Ability to exercise empathy, strong problem-solving skills, and follow-through

- Ability to work in a team and willingness to meet performance targets

- Experience using Microsoft Office suite programs (Excel, Word, etc)
