Description

*Client
- Work with client on tactical issues
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Provide basic client counsel, manage issues and crises
- Conduct and manage the flow of research necessary to analyze client issues
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ business and products
- Generate new ideas for clients; conduct brainstorms; evaluate and analyze programs; seek out new opportunities and bring clients new ideas

*Media
- Help to track and monitor iterations of digital/social media postings
- Understand industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client
- Counsel clients and provide feedback
- Manage external vendors and supervise photo shoots and video production.

*Writing
- Develop proposals, online posting copy, blog posts and other online owned media material
- Proof and edit client related documents as needed
- Compose basic social media plans and contribute to plan development processes

*Team Participation
- Serve as a role model to team members
- Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business
- Balance workload between accounts and account staff to ensure that all work is accurate and completed within established deadlines
- Continually communicate with manager
- Delegate work to interns, and Account Executives (as needed)
- Informally adds feedback to performance review of colleagues as needed
- Talk intelligently about agency at internal and external meeting and industry functions

*Administrative Support
- Supervise reports on monthly client billing process
- Track/enter time with precision and on a day-to-day basis
- Cross-reference, approve, and forward invoices to the Accounting Department
- Develop and manage budgets and programs
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
