GNUCR requires an English instructor for its Evening Semi-Intensive Class. This class is the same as UCR's Improving Oral Fluency program (IOF).The Gangnam-University of California Riverside International Education Center (GNUCR) was established in June, 2001 in cooperation between the Gangnam local government and the University of California, Riverside (UCR). GNUCR is the only self-governing direct management language institute in Korea. GNUCR offers curricula, teaching methods, academic policies, and materials taken directly from the University of California, Riverside.We are located in the heart of Gangnam, right at Gangnam-gu Office station on Line 7 or the Bundang Line, in a modern and recently renovated 5-story building where we occupy the top two floors. The teaching/learning environment at GNUCR is both supportive and collegial and we are administered directly by two UCR staff who are stationed in Seoul. The average age of GNUCR students is 28.
